If all the above five factors are appropriately linked, the multimedia package will become highly auto instructional in its nature. Maximum utility of the modern technology is the Main objective of this training programme.

3. Disappearance of concepts.
4. The process of modernization.
5. Increasing in efficiency and potentiality.
6.This is happening in every field.
7. One cannot avoid this!
